We have a 3 to 5 day turnaround on shipping product. All product will be shipped via USPS or UPS, whichever is more cost effective and faster for the customer.
All damaged items must be reported within 10 business days of receipt of product.
You must call for a RA# (return Authorization number). The RA# must be written on the box, otherwise the return package will not be accepted.
Damaged items must be returned with an RA# from Sensational within 20 business days for repair or exchange for the same product.
All return charges are paid by the customer.
All items must be unworn in original packing with price tags attached.
A copy of the original receipt must accompany the return.
For all non-accepted packages or other returns, there will be a 25% restocking fee charged to the customer.
